The course of study (16 hours of training) provides the opportunity to acquire knowledge and skills used by nursing assistants. Clinical training for all students will be held at participating healthcare facilities.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

Be at least 16 years of age.

Have completed at least the 8th grade.

Show proof of past employment with a work history in the USA of at least two years.

Successfully undergo a criminal background check.

Submit proof of immunization and a completed physical examination performed by a healthcare provider.

ALL students applying for admission must complete an interview with the program director and or faculty committee. Admission status is determined after the interview.
