Course Description:

The Phlebotomy course curriculum prepares healthcare students and healthcare workers in the basics of phlebotomy techniques. The course of study provides opportunity to acquire knowledge and skills used by healthcare workers who collect blood as part of their job responsibilities.

After successful completion of the program, graduates will receive a certificate of completion from J´Reneé Career Facilitation, Inc.

Course Details:

  • The J´Reneé Phlebotomy program is an accelerated 20-hour program held once a week for four weeks.

  • Daytime, evening and weekend classes are scheduled. Contact the Admissions Office for the latest schedule and to register.

  • Applicants do not need prior healthcare education or experience to enroll, although acquiring phlebotomy skills can expand a nurse aid or CNA's role.

Tuition:

Contact the Admissions Office for the current program tuition. Tuition includes: course materials and lab supplies. A down payment is required to enroll in the program. Students may participate in a payment plan at no additional costs or finance charges. See also Financial Assistance for funding options.

Enrollment:

To enroll in Phlebotomy, make an appointment to visit our campus Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. to speak with an Admissions Specialist. A one-time student application must be submitted to enroll in any J´Reneé program. The application fee is $35. Payments are accepted in cash, check or credit card. Students may complete their applications in advance by utilizing the link below, or they may be completed on campus during their admissions appointment.
